Jan 25, 2007. I asked for a REFUND since this date, the day I subscribed dataentrymadeeasy.com because I found that this program is not what I am looking for. I sent in with my Order Information.
Jan 31, 2007. REFUND request was resent to dataentrymadeeasy.com since first email was not replied .
Feb 1, 2007, two different customer support officer replied me. Officer 1 replied me and requested for Order information to resolve the issue, as he stated. I replied him the same date with the information he requested plus attachment of the receipt. Officer 2 replied me and asked me what the site didn't meet my expectations.
Feb 2, 2007. Officer 2 email me again and stated that they (as customer support) can assist me with whatever issues I might be having while operating my program or going through the process.
I replied attention to him with three reasons and I am really NOT satisfied that's why I am asking for a refund. I also stated that I could reconsider staying if he can assist me on the problem I am encountering.REASONS for REFUND.
First, your program is more about Affiliate Programs than 'data entry' as you stated. It requires alot more than just 'TYPE'. It is misleading.
Second, I cannot get any of your extra's since I am not living in within the United States.
Third, your 'get paid for your opinion' section is mostly for the US region, which again I cannot access.
Feb 3, 2007, Officer 2 stated that "we would like to inform you that using this Program (dataentrymadeeasy.com), you can for sure Earn significant money."
And give me Option 2, Data Entry work only, as for resolving the problem.
Feb 5, 2007. I replied to him that I went through the list already and I don't think it's suitable for me. And ask for my REFUND and this is my LAST decision.
Feb 6, 2007. Officer 1 emailed me. Instead of processing of my REFUND after I provided my Order Information, also insist me to choose one of the options to work on, and insist me that "the truth is that our program works, and people are earning big incomes." Once again request me to reconsider keeping the subscription.
Feb 10, 2007. I replied attention to Officer 1.

Now I tried, I am not satisfy, I am not making any monkey, I WANT MY REFUND BACK!

Requested Order Information was sent again THIRD time.
Feb 16, 2007, None of Officer 2 or Officer 1 has replied. But another Officer, Officer Number 3, replied me and asked me how he can assist me?!

All I want is a REFUND. And I already sent in THREE times of the REFUND information you requested.
I don't need any reconsider or any other suggestion of your program.
All I am asking is a REFUND, MONEY BACK, which you GUARANTEE on your website.

Feb 17, 2007. A Refund Notification was sent to me. And Officer 3, replied me that it may take up 5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
Refund was finally credited back on my credit card.
